Articulate AI comprises two central functions: the AI Assistant and the AI Video. The AI Assistant helps you to quickly create texts, quizzes, images and audio effects. In Rise 360, you can even convert documents, such as PDFs, into interactive blocks. AI Video is still under development and will allow you to create professional training videos with realistic actors and customized backgrounds.
You have the opportunity to get to know Articulate AI via a free trial version, which is available to both new and existing customers. During the trial, you will have full access to the Articulate 360 platform and the AI Assistant. At the end of the trial period, you can continue to use the AI Assistant by upgrading to the Articulate 360 AI subscription. Please note that the AI Assistant is only available as part of the overall Articulate 360 AI package – a separate upgrade for individual users is not possible.
The AI Assistant supports all languages supported by OpenAI, so you can generate content in different languages. However, it is recommended to have the generated content reviewed by a language expert to ensure accuracy. The AI Assistant’s text-to-speech feature currently offers support for 29 languages, so you can create audio content in multiple languages to appeal to a global audience.
You always retain full control over the content created by the AI Assistant and can customize it as you wish. You can also export AI-generated images and use them outside the Articulate 360 environment. All the content you create is yours and you have the freedom to use it in your projects.
Articulate AI takes the protection of your data very seriously and uses strict encryption and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your content. Your generated content is not shared with other users and is not used to train the AI models.
Articulate has a zero data retention policy for its AI sub-processors, which means that all content is deleted from the servers immediately after generation. This ensures that your data remains secure and no long-term stored content remains at Articulate.
